Associate Client Services Representative

Growing up in Concordia, Kansas, Austin developed an interest in building relationships through service, an interest fostered by his active involvement in his local church and a mission organization in Mexico, alongside his participation in numerous extracurricular activities. His professional journey began in high school when he worked as a part-time teller at a local bank.

After graduating from high school, Austin attended Kansas State University, where he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance. While attending K-State, he worked part-time in several customer service representative roles in Manhattan, Kansas. These included positions as a student financial assistance peer advisor, a student success center front desk associate in the College of Business, and a client success representative at Canopy A Public Benefit LLC, a local software startup.

Following graduation, Austin moved to the Kansas City area to pursue a career in financial planning. In March 2025, he joined StoryOne, where he will focus on continuing to serve clients with exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

In his free time, Austin enjoys playing sand volleyball, ultimate frisbee, hunting, and embarking on spontaneous adventures with friends. He is also an active member of his church and seeks to deepen his faith at Shawnee RPC. With a passion for service and an unwavering commitment to his professional and personal values, Austin is dedicated to making a positive impact both within his community and in the financial industry.
