Anna graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Kansas, where she built a strong foundation in business and customer service principles. Her career began at Ameriprise Financial, where she worked from 2013 to 2015, gaining valuable experience in client relations and financial services. She then continued her professional journey at Renaissance Financial from 2015 to 2018, further honing her skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
In 2018, Anna took a step back from her career to focus on her growing family. She married her husband, Joe, and dedicated the next six years to raising their two sons, Joe and Ethan. During this time, Anna developed exceptional organizational and multitasking skills while managing a busy household.
Now re-entering the workforce, Anna brings a renewed energy and a wealth of experience to her role as a Customer Service Representative at Story One.
